Ciera brings over a decade of customer service experience to Monette Dentistry and is our resident insurance expert. In her free time she enjoys photography, weekends at her family cottage up north, and quality time with her two girls.

Mandi joined Monette Dentistry in the spring of 2025. She brings with her over a decade of dental administrative experience and is one of the first friendly faces you will see when you arrive. During her free time, Mandi enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves weekend getaways in northern Michigan

Bri graduated from GRCC in 2023 with an associates degree in Registered Dental Assisting. Bri was drawn to working in dentistry because of her own positive experience as a teen with braces, as well as her desire to care for others. She likes to spend her free time outdoors; whether she is camping, swimming, or soaking up the sun with her toy poodle Bear.

Ian graduated from GRCC in 2009 with his dental assisting license, then again in 2018 with his license in dental hygiene. Early in his career, Ian spent time providing dental care for children in various orphanages in Ukraine helping them overcome dental anxieties. With over 15 years of experience, he continues to encourage preventive care and patient education. When not in office, Ian fills his time with concerts, outdoor time, reading, movies, video games, and his favorite pastime: hanging with his dog, Bear.

Amber is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of experience. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their optimal oral health. Outside of the office Amber enjoys time spent with her family and pets.
